A structured three-month engagement for leaders who want to change how they lead. It draws on behavioural science and senior leadership experience.
Leadership in 2026 is more demanding than it has ever been. These challenges are immediate, high-stakes, and often invisible to the people around you.
Your team's roles are shifting, decisions are higher-stakes, and many of the frameworks you have led by are no longer sufficient. This program builds the skills to lead your team through continuing change in technology, with more clarity and more confidence.
Taking on a new leadership position is one of the highest-risk transitions a professional faces. Many leaders step up without the time, support, or space to establish their authority, build trust, or define what kind of leader they want to be. This program provides that foundation.
268,000 Australians were retrenched in 2025, the highest since the post-pandemic rebound, and 91% of organisations that downsized simultaneously recruited into new roles. Whether you are leading others through change or navigating your own transition, this program provides the support and clarity to move forward.
When your team is struggling, the pressure falls directly on the leader. This program helps you identify the root causes of disengagement or underperformance, and develop a practical approach to rebuild performance, trust, and psychological safety.
If you are capable but not progressing, whether overlooked for promotion, under-utilised, or unsure how to position yourself for what you want next, this program helps you understand what is standing in your way and how to change it.
Many senior leaders are technically excellent but struggle to land their message with boards, peers, or teams. This program develops your capacity to communicate with authority, build influence across levels, and lead in a way that drives team results without sacrificing your own capacity.
Every element of the program is designed to support progress before, during, and between sessions.
Ten one-on-one sessions built around you and your goals. Your first is a longer goal-setting session (60–90 minutes) where we map where you are now, where you want to get to, and what is standing in the way. That session is the foundation for everything that follows. The remaining nine sessions run 60 minutes each. You lead them and your coach guides them, working through the situations you are actually facing and building the skills that matter most.
Before the program begins you complete a short intake covering your role, your challenges and what you want to achieve. Your first session then starts on the substance.
After every session, you receive a written summary capturing the key insights, decisions, and actions agreed. Yours to reference between sessions and revisit at any point throughout the engagement.
Email and phone access between sessions, for short questions or for thinking something through before you next meet. Coaching does not stop when the session ends.
Two short check-in sessions during the program, at no extra charge, to review progress and adjust where needed.
New tools and resources are in development for 2027. Designed to deepen the experience and add even more value between sessions. The program is always evolving. More to be revealed.
Coming in 2027Complete your pre-program intake to capture your role, context, and what you want to achieve, so your first session is focused from the outset.
Your first full session runs 60–90 minutes. Together we map where you are now, where you want to get to, and what stands in the way.
Nine 60-minute one-on-one sessions guided by your coach, scheduled across three months with room for the weeks when work gets in the way. Session summaries, between-session support, and check-ins throughout.
The Leadership Catalyst is a three-month engagement built to deliver clear, measurable outcomes within a defined timeframe. If your schedule needs more room, the program can extend to six months. Same sessions, same inclusions, same investment.

Every session draws on behavioural science and executive coaching practice. You learn why you lead the way you do, and what to do differently.
