The Meet & Greet is a complimentary 20-minute call designed to connect and discuss your current situation and your desired future state.

During this call, I will share my approach, and there will be time for your questions.
Coaching Sessions
When you choose to work with me, we will schedule coaching sessions, which can be done either virtually or in person.
The first session is typically a Deep Dive Session, during which I will ask a series of questions to understand your specific needs and goals.
In the following sessions, we will work through various coaching techniques to address the challenges you're facing or to help you achieve your goals.

Asking for feedback is an integral part of doing business together - and there's no better way than asking existing and future clients.
Occasionally, you will receive a link to a survey or a message with a few questions. Your feedback is vital to improving the service you receive and enhancing the experience for future clients.

Working together, in most cases, means focusing on one goal or challenge at a time.
Throughout the coaching process, we may uncover new themes, which could include additional goals or challenges.
At that point, we will have a conversation, and you can decide whether you want to engage with me for more coaching sessions or explore these new themes in the future.
