Mastermind Series

Designed for high performers, leaders, and future executives who want more than surface-level advice.


Each group is carefully curated and coach-led, blending structured guidance with peer feedback and dynamic discussions. High performers use this space to test bold ideas and recalibrate their leadership approach. Leaders tackle challenges like influencing upward, leading with or without formal authority, and shifting from delivery to strategic direction.

How it works

Format: 90-minute virtual sessions

Frequency: Monthly 

Length: 6 sessions

Group Size: Max 6 participants


Each session includes:

  • Hot seat time when 1 member presents a challenge
  • Peer feedback, frameworks, and new perspectives
  • Practical tools to build momentum between sessions
